Twin-Screw Sheeter(TSS) (also named Cone-shaped Twin Screw Extruder & Calender) manufactured by Guilin Hi-Cheng Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co.,Ltd combines a special twin-screw extruder with an inclined two-roll calender for the formation of quality sheets.The TSS is designed for perfect system integration with various mixers.The elimination of mechanical pushers for material feed and low pressure design enable the TSS to minimize energy input and temperature rise,resulting in better material quality.Integrated control of the twin-screw and calender components delivers efficient,even material flow,while sophisticated sensors monitor nip feed for even sheet formation.
