Duplex Rubber Extruder (Dia 120/ Dia 90)
Detailed Product Description
Consisting of two or more sets of pin barrel cold feed extruders,and the extruders are aligned at sloping angle on vertical plane,head is of oblique-clamp mechanism with hydraulic operated,the machine is laid out compactly and reasonably,with high safety and reliability.Duplex(triplex/quadruplex) extruders are mainly designed for the co-extrusion of tread,sidewall or apex with different compounds.
The machine could be used for co-ertrusion of tread and sidewall from one head for the production of bias tire.
